All new students are required to complete a Declaration Formprior to attending their first class. You will be provided with it in your first class or you can email it to Ainhoa beforehand.
Getting ready for class
Yoga is always practiced on bare feet. Please leave your shoes and socks outside the practice room.
Wear comfortable clothing that is not too lose and does not obscure alignment. Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal.
Yoga should be practised on a empty stomach. Please allow 4 hours after a full meal and between 1-2 h after a light one before class.
Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or scents to class and keep any jewellery to a minimum.
Please contact Ainhoa before coming to class if you have any specific health condition or have had an operation recently. This does not mean Yoga is not for you, but a General class might not be appropriate at this moment.
Feel free to bring your own mat. All other equipment will be provided.
