Delivery Policy

Digital products are available for download as soon as payment has been made and you have received the confirmation email at not extra cost. Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of any technical difficulties, please get in touch with me via email and I will endevour to deliver the file to you by other channels. Please allow three business days for a response to ensure my best service to you.  At the moment  I am not stocking physical products so this policy applies only to digital downloads.
